Office Properties Income Trust named its next chief executive officer and chief financial officer.
The real estate investment trust appointed Christopher Bilotto president and CEO, while Brian Donley was appointed CFO and treasurer. Both changes are effective Oct. 1.
Bilotto has served as chief operating officer since 2020 and president since 2021. He is also a senior vice president of RMR Group.
Donley joined RMR in 2007 and is currently a senior vice president. He will continue to serve as Service Properties Trust’s CFO and treasurer.
